With over 25 years of experience in the medical industry, she is a seasoned marketing professional who specializes in engaging and influencing healthcare professionals (HCPs) across various therapeutic areas and care settings. She holds a master's degree in business administration and has a strong background in business strategy and development, market research, new product development, and go-to-market strategy.
Currently, she leads the global HCP marketing for Convatec's ostomy business unit, where she is responsible for developing and executing the HCP strategy to drive deeper relationships and sustained growth in the ostomy market. She pilots key HCP engagement programs, such as international advisory boards, voice of customer research, congress strategy, virtual and live medical education, workshops, and innovation sessions. She also partners with product marketing, marcom, digital, and medical affairs to create an effective HCP omni-channel communication and marketing plan, and to inform and drive clinical trial programs. Her mission is to deliver value and excellence to HCPs and patients through innovative and evidence-based solutions.
