Ron Cardey, Sr. V.P. of Customer Engagement is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of domestic and international food industry experience. Before joining Kwik Lok, Ron held leadership positions with a variety of medium to large organizations. These included Pillsbury, ConAgra, RalCorp, BelPastry, Esprit de France, and Dakota Blenders.
Ron serves on numerous boards and industry committees. He is a member of the Board of the Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce, the Allied Trades to the Baking Industry, and the Independent Bakers Association. He also serves on the Sustainability Committees for American Baker’s Association, Produce Marketing Association and Bakery Association of Canada. Finally, he serves on the Outreach and Engagement Committee for the Baking Equipment and Manufacturers Association.
