Bio
Professor Mossoff is an IP expert and law professor at George Mason University. His scholarship has been relied on by the Supreme Court and he has testified many times before Congress about IP legislation. He is a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute and is affiliated with many other academic centers, policy organizations and think tanks. He has written on Oracle v. Google (https://fedsoc.org/commentary/fedsoc-blog/in-oracle-v-google-the-supreme-court-should-protect-copyright-in-the-tech-industry) and was of nine professors who filed an "amicus" brief supporting Oracle in the case.
