Fire Chief (Ret.) German Township Fire-EMS

Tim Holman has served as the Chief of German Township Fire-EMS organization in Springfield OH for more than 47 years. German Township is a combination staffed department. He has a BA in Management and Organizational Development. He is a paramedic, Chief Fire Officer Designation and EMS instructor. He has over 30 years experience teaching a variety of topics around the country. Tim graduated with honors from Ottawa University in Kansas. He has an extensive background in health care management, the fire service, and organizational development. He is a member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, Ohio Fire Chiefs, American Society for Training and Development and the National Association of EMTs. Fire Chief magazine named Tim Fire Chief of the Year for 2002. He has also been appointed to the Commission on Chief Fire Officer Designation. Tim is frequently requested to speak at conferences and retreats across the country. He is known for presenting highly unique and motivating programs that give practical solutions to today’s hectic and demanding world. Tim has written numerous articles for national journals and he has published three books, The Ten Commandments Of Highly Successful Leaders (Morris Publishing), The Building Blocks Of A Winning Team (Morris Publishing), and Leadership Rules of Engagement (Morris Publishing).
