Mike Pampalone

Senior Vice President

Mike Pampalone is the Senior Vice President of Homeland Security and National Resilience at ICF. He leads a team providing advisory and mission support services built around an integrated approach to risk management and resilience to local, state, federal and commercial clients. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel in Charleston, SC and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. Mike started his professional career as a Naval Aviator, conducting several tours of duty in the Middle East. After serving in the Navy, Mike worked for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned AE firm and for Jacobs prior to joining ICF. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional. He is currently assisting with Post Outreach as a member of the SAME National Resilience Community of Interest.
