Taylor is the EDM Application Engineer Team Leader at Makino. He has a strong background in Wire EDM. He has been at Makino for 11.5 years. During his time at the company, he spent 2 years working overseas in the R&D group at Makino’s Atsugi Japan facility. He interfaced with multiple groups ranging from mechanical, software, and machining conditions development. He continues to stay in contact with overseas contacts to exchange information and also to provide feedback and suggestions on new developments. Taylor received his Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Ferris State University.
