Aaron was previously the CEO of Tres Solutions, which was acquired by NAVTOR in 2021. He spent the early part of his career as a management consultant with Charles River Associates and PacWest Consulting Partners (acquired by IHSMarkit in 2014), where he delivered projects in the areas of strategy analysis and formation, big data and advanced analytics, operations and implementation and organizational development. Aaron has authored numerous articles on performance strategies and the importance of data centralization and analytics to improve organizational efficiency and support ESG initiatives. He has a Finance degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
