"Wendy Bohling is a speaker, thought leader and corporate consultant on gender intelligence and inclusive leadership, CEO of Corporate Cowgirl Up and author of best selling book “Cowgirl Up: A Woman’s Guide to Navigating the Corporate Frontier” and ""Book of Badass"", she has more than 30 years as an executive in the corporate saddle at some of the top telecom Fortune 100 companies and healthcare IT startups.
The metamorphosis from computer engineer to social scientist and the vast diversity in her professional life set her up for this bigger work of building gender intelligent leaders, to drive increased profitability and innovation in business.
Her academic credentials include a B.S. in Mathematics and M.S. in Computer Science.
Growing up in a small town in Virginia, gave her an appreciation for neighbors who watch out for each other, and family that always has your back. Wendy lives out her cowgirl dream of living in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with a son and daughter, is the co-founder of the Coolest Women We Know in Tech, and a member of the board of directors of the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame. She is a corporate cowgirl and passionate advocate for gender equality for women in technology and business.
