Peter joined HB Reavis in 2019 and is responsible for all UK leasing activities. He joins the growing UK team with a strong client focus and a shared belief in the fundamental value of well-designed, thoughtful workspace.
Peter brings a truly global perspective to the role thanks to his 25 years experience advising occupiers,owners and developers of iconic, mixed-use assets in some of the world’s most dynamic markets,including San Francisco, New York, Paris and London.
Prior to joining HB Reavis, Peter held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefieldand CBRE where he was responsible for cross-border leasing activities across the EMEA and US regions. Previously, he was Vice President for Boston Properties in the San Francisco Bay Area region, responsible for the leasing and marketing of the 3.5 million sq ft mixed-use asset, Embarcadero Cente
