Amanda has over 19 years of technical experience, including over 17 years with Caterpillar. She is currently an Engineering Project Team Leader on our Power Integration Team (PIT Crew) within Electric Power providing application support and guidance for complex electrical system integration projects as subject matter expert for EMCP 4, GCCP, and Energy Control System (ECS) controls. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton. She started her career as a design engineer for Medium Wheel Loader electrical systems and from there moved into the Electric Power Division. While in Electric Power she has gained experience as a product design engineer in the areas of 3500/C175 electrical integration, controls packaging, controls development, photovoltaic systems, application engineering, and sales support.
