Amar Narain is Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at Pizza Pizza Limited, responsible for IT strategy, innovation, processes and technology operations nationally across both the Pizza Pizza and Pizza 73 brands. This encompasses information security, infrastructure, data, software development, telecommunications and analytics for a network of contact centres, head office and a number of satellite offices, and over 500 restaurants across Canada. Pizza Pizza has always been on the forefront of technology, including connecting with a mobile savvy demographic through multiple e-commerce platforms. With a continuing focus on customers and competitors, innovation becomes a key advantage to create added convenience by incorporating new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Analytics.
