Doug Finkle is a Tax Director in Sobel Co’s Tax Department. Having previously spent over 20 years as a well-regarded tax professional, including six years in a similar role at a large regional firm, Doug brings a depth of knowledge and experience to the firm.
Over the years, he has developed strong competencies in handling tax compliance for corporations (including consolidations), partnerships, S corporations and high net worth individuals as well as sharing his in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, most particularly by leveraging his wide involvement with tax planning and developing tax minimization strategies for clients. Drawing on this unique mix of knowledge, Doug has proven himself to be an excellent problem solver who applies his strong analytical skills to help our clients address their simple and complex issues. In addition, he has expansive knowledge with preparing and reviewing tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes.
