Patricia Meiring is a doctoral student with Middlesex University in Organisational Psychology and Risk. She has a MSc in Occupational Psychology with Leicester University and BA Honours in Law and Psychology.
Currently working as a consultant in organisational design, development and change, and a leadership coach (ICF). Her most recent experience is as head of learning and development for North Oil Company in Qatar and OD and leadership development specialist with Bechtel working in USA, Middle East and U.K. Her work has led her into health and safety, process improvement, HR and training.
