As a Supplier Development Engineer within Caterpillar’s Energy and Transportation Segment, Ruona Alegba actively works with suppliers to ensure purchased components meets the specified engineering standards, while also mitigating identified risks and improving quality performance. He also provides technical support for New Product Introduction and Continuous Product Improvement projects. Ruona joined Caterpillar over 4 years ago through our Level 6 Supplier Quality apprenticeship, and successfully graduated with a BEng (Hons) degree in Applied Engineering from the University of Warwick.
