Elisa graduated with a 1st class HONS degree in Business from Aston University (Birmingham, UK), and quickly followed her entrepreneurial instincts moving to New York, and setting up a fashion events company (whilst working for the History Channel). She then moved into pure play digital marketing, holding various roles in marketing agencies such as glue London and Digitas.
She joined Red Ant Group in 2010, and was initially responsible for developing the UK business prior to relocating to Hong Kong in 2012 to co-found Red Ant in Asia.
From a one-person start-up, Elisa has led Red Ant Asia to its current position as one of the leading players in the region, with 30-staff based in Shanghai.

Red Ant Asia was recently awarded Campaign Asia, Greater China: Social Media Agency of the Year & Content Agency of the Year.
Elisa is active in the business community - she is the Vice Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong Luxury and Retail Committee and contributes to publications such as BOF, Jing Daily, Retail in Asia, WWD, SCMP, WGSN, Campaign Asia.
Elisa lives in Hong Kong and in pre-Covid would be in the Shanghai office monthly.
