Tom Davis is the Chief Commercial Officer for EmpowerMX a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions provider which enables the world’s leading airlines, MROs, and OEMs to more efficiently plan, execute, and optimize heavy maintenance, line maintenance, materials management, shops activities and component overhaul. In this role, Tom is responsible for delivering ROI and transformative efficiency gains to customers by shortening maintenance turn-around times (TAT), increasing aircraft availability, and lowering cost per available seat mile (CASM) by improving workforce utilization, eliminating unproductive workflows, providing real-time visibility into task completion and aircraft status, and digitizing and automating historically paper-based processes and documentation.
Starting in Aerospace the day after the Earth cooled, Tom has led almost every functional organization imaginable (except HR) serving customers globally in the commercial transport, business aviation and defense markets in senior executive roles with Garrett, AlliedSignal, Honeywell and most recently Wencor.
