Bio
Emma White is the Locality Manager within the Eastern region team, covering Essex and the wider County area.
Emma is a qualified Wellbeing Practitioner, and ran her own practice for many years, before branching out in to training and teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
Before Emma joined Skills for Care in January of this year, she worked for 7 years as a Project Manager and Workforce Development Manager at a Care Brokerage in Suffolk, primarily supporting Registered Managers with IAG, training, recruitment and funding, as well as organising the Annual Suffolk Care Awards.
In her current role across Essex, she works with care providers and managers, as well as strategic partners, to support them with their workforce and development needs on a local level.
