He partners with clients around the globe to provide support in engineering, food safety, design and process improvement in extrusion-based projects in the aquatic, pet and human food industries. Previously, Jonathan worked with Cargill Animal Nutrition in Texas, USA and SALT International, a non-profit organisation that built and operated soybean extrusion facilities in South-East Asia, Central Asia and the Middle East. Jonathan currently lives with his family in the United Arab Emirates.
