As founder of NextPlat's two subsidiaries - UK-based Global Telesat Communications and US-based Orbital Satcom Corp - David Phipps led the Company as CEO and Chairman through its listing on Nasdaq. David is currently Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of NextPlat's Board of Directors, appointed to lead the Company's business refocusing and long-term growth strategy.
David also oversee NextPlat's US healthcare and pharmacy operations, delivered through its subsidiary Progressive Care and its PharmcoRx pharmacy brand, spanning prescription fulfillment and 340B services.
David brings over 25 years of public company experience in the satellite communications and e-Commerce industries, including board-level experience, overseeing acquisitions, mergers and capital-raising activities, alongside more than 35 years across investment management, finance and operational leadership roles.
