Bio
Mike joined Oakdown House in 1997 after completing a Diploma in Nursing and having worked in the National Health Service for a number of years. He works closely with the management team providing supervision and support and ensuring the aims, ethos and objectives of the company are achieved, most importantly high standards of care and safety. Mike is responsible for strategic planning, finance and undertaking regular audits of the service provided. Mike is Chair of the East Sussex and Brighton and Hove Registered Care Association, working with other care providers on issues affecting the care sector.
