Rich Stockton is a principal shareholder at Banner Witcoff in Chicago. He is the Chair of the Education & Resources Subcommittee of the INTA Designs Committee, and an active volunteer and past national chair of INTA’s Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court. Rich also serves on the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Amicus Committee, and formerly chaired its Industrial Design committee. He is the Financial Officer Elect for the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law. Rich has taught an IP pretrial skills class for 18 semesters, first at Georgetown and then Northwestern. He has filed thousands of US trademark, design patent and copyright applications, and also litigates and counsels on these rights.
