Don Young

Mr. Young has facilitated key growth through his various leadership roles at MBP for the last 17 years (+). He has more than 40 years of construction management experience. Mr. Young has extensive program management experience for large scale programs for Department of Defense facilities with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; strategic planning coordination of projects in the sectors of K-12, higher education, and transportation projects. He is a versatile leader with superb ability to bring ideas from concept to completion. He has a balanced background of team leadership skills, construction management experience, and civil engineering. His leadership skills and business experience are key components for leading training and development initiatives for MBP, CMAA, SAME, and other organizations. Prior to joining MBP, Mr. Young served 26 years in the US Army as a Corps of Engineer officer retiring from active duty as a Colonel (O-6).
