Kirsten is an active member of the Financial Crimes community in Canada and sits on several senior level industry groups, designed to share financial crime intelligence to disrupt criminal risk. Kirsten is also the International 2nd VP of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI).
Kirsten is the Director of Investigative Services at Manulife Bank based in Waterloo, ON. Kirsten has been part of the financial crime investigations industry for over 20 years and has held progressive investigative, security and leadership roles since leaving law enforcement in 2003. At the Bank, Kirsten leads a team of investigative and intelligence personnel, focused on identifying and disrupting criminal threats by developing actionable intelligence leads.
