Morgan is a second-year ASPPH Public Health Fellow at NHTSA's Impaired Driving Division. She brings a public health focus to impaired driving programs and initiatives. Prior to her fellowship at NHTSA, she attained her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in Maternal Child Health and Epidemiology from Saint Louis University’s, College for Public Health and Social Justice.
