Bio
Lori has over 2 decades of experience in cemetery and funeral home management and developing technology solutions in the deathcare profession. Formerly with Johnson Consulting Group/J3Tech Solutions, Catholic Management Services for Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services, and PlotBox, she now serves Park Lawn Corporation, developing comprehensive training programs for all roles in their organization.
She has spent years studying how Customer Experience impacts the bottom line. She has two Customer Experience Certifications and is a member of the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA).
Lori serves as a member of the ICCFA Sales and Marketing Committee and is a professor in the CX/Hospitality, Technology, and Graduate Colleges at ICCFA University.
Lori resides in California. Her happy place is anywhere with her three children, her husband John, and her mini Aussiedoodle, Coco.
