David Scheppegrell is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 40 years of law enforcement experience, including over 20 years of experience with offender monitoring. David created and operated the offender monitoring program with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. After retirement, David went to work with Omnilink Systems which was later acquired by Sentinel Offender Services.
David is the custodian of records for Sentinel Offender Services and currently testifies an expert witness on behalf of the company in high-profile court cases. David is a nationally recognized expert witness in the field of offender monitoring and has testified as an expert in local, state, and federal courts across the country.
David will share some insight into how to properly prepare for court and how to best present GPS location data as evidence at trial or hearing.
