Charlotte has over 27 years of experience in the Behavioral Health and Crisis Management field. She worked as a gang violence interventionist with the Latin Kings, a lobbyist in DC, and was an NGO delegate to the United Nations. She is credited with bringing the "post war-zone reconstruction" method to the USA for use in the workplace. She specializes in Conflict Transformation and healing traumatic stress. Her work in transit has been recognized by APTA, Metro Magazine, and Mass Transit magazine. She is the creator of the Red Kite Project resilience building model that has created outstanding impacts in transit, such as lowering absenteeism by 51% and assaults on bus drivers by almost 80%.
