He is currently the Global VP of Talent at Ubisoft, a world leader in the Gaming industry. Before his role at Ubisoft, Andrew led Schneider Electric’s ambitious Talent Digitization agenda, bringing digitization, AI and Machine Learning to Schneider’s HR ecosystem covering the company’s 140,000 employees.
Andrew has received various accolades and recognition, including being nominated as one of the Top 100 HR Tech Influencer in 2020, winning two Stevie Awards for HR Executive and HR Tech Professional, and being nominated as one of the Top 20 HR Thought Leaders to Follow in 2021.
