Katie Burgoon joined Trading Technologies in January 2014 as VP, Global Head of Human Resources, where she is responsible for leading all day-to-day human resources functions and services for the company. Burgoon is responsible for the areas of recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and performance management, stretching across all 10 TT offices worldwide.
Burgoon is passionate about cultivating and driving all facets of the talent function with innovation, energy, integrity, strategic vision and seamless team execution. In her first year at TT, she designed and led global engagement sessions with the entire company to re-calibrate culture and reinvigorate TT’s environment amidst major corporate evolutions. The effort served as a crucial part of the company’s comprehensive rebranding that preceded the launch of its new software-as-a-service platform.
Before joining TT, Burgoon served as Head of Human Resources for Infinium Capital Management, where she spent over a decade gaining capital markets experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago.
