Ross is passionate about making healthcare work the way it should for small businesses and their employees around the country. He is doing just that as the co-founder of UnifiHealth, the modern health plan for SMBs.
Ross previously worked in corporate development at UnitedHealth Group and athenahealth after spending time in healthcare services investment banking and public accounting. He has M&A and corporate venture deal experience in the healthcare technology, provider services, TPA, and Medicare Advantage industries. He’s led dozens of product partnership negotiations and has worked closely with c-suite sponsors on several new venture creation initiatives. He’s served as board treasurer for two non-profits and continues to be an enthusiastic community service advocate.
His passions start with his family, but also include traveling, connecting with other people and cultures, the arts, technology, and the outdoors. Ross holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, an MPH from The Dartmouth Institute, and graduated from The Ohio State University. He is a CPA and CFA Charterholder.
