Brother Leonard (Len) Cercone, 32° is the Founder and CEO of CerconeBrownCompany (CBC), a PR and digital marketing agency that works with mission-based brands. Len is the driving force behind the organization’s operating approach that insight drives growth. Len’s deep experience in designing and leveraging innovative quantitative and qualitative research is coupled with a strong understanding of how to put insights to use to drive positive change. This combination is the fuel that drives the Agency’s work, and the framework for its success.
Len’s career began in 1987 as a marketing and communications consultant to Boston’s top non-profit organizations, including Project Bread/Walk for Hunger and Big Brothers, Big Sisters. Prior to founding CBC, Len served as an Account Director at Mullen Advertising where he worked with household name clients like General Motors, Timberland, BMW, Eddie Bauer, and more. Len founded CBC in 2001 and began working with the Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction in 2016 and has since helped other Masonic organizations such as the Grand Lodge of Ohio and Grand Lodge of Illinois with their recruitment marketing efforts.
Len was raised as a Master Mason in 2017 at Meridien Lodge in Natick, Massachusetts, (a lodge founded by Paul Revere). He joined the Scottish Rite, NMJ, in 2018 as a Brother of the Valley of Boston.
