After completing his formal education of MBBS, MD and DNB in Nephrology at 1992 he started working a Nephrologist and Proprietor of Ashwini Kidney & Dialysis Centre Pvt Ltd. at 1994. He later started a maintenance Haemodialysis Programme which has now 16 state of Art Haemodialysis machine and does over 1100 dialysis session per month. He has also set up Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis Programme at Nagpur which is useful to patients who stay far away from the city and cannot commute twice a week to the center. He has done more than 31 Renal Transplant at Nagpur and has a number of patients in follow-up who have undergone kidney transplant surgery elsewhere and has been known for performing the first Cadaver Renal Transplant in Nagpur with his team in 2006.
