Dr. Charlie Wood is the vice president of innovation, research and development at SyBridge Technologies, a technology-driven manufacturing company in the injection molding and tool making industries. His team works across the company to leverage existing and develop new technologies to solve the hardest technical challenges from the factory floor to the software stack. He has worked for companies in the consumer electronics, defense and materials industries focused on applied research, advanced development programs and technical innovation. Dr. Wood is the author of 11 scientific papers, has two issued patents and holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University in mechanical engineering.
