Stephanie Eberle, M.Ed., is chair of the NPA Board of Directors and assistant dean of BioSci Careers at Stanford University where they and their team support the academic, personal, career, and profession needs of med/doctoral students and postdoctoral trainees in the biosciences and technology fields. Within this position, they teach immersive, sector-specific courses, oversee the graduate IDP program, serve on the dean’s gender and sexual minorities taskforce, and build individualized connection opportunities between the Stanford community and alumni and employer partners. Eberle writes for Inside Higher Education, including essays on passion, managing career advice overload, and activism in the workplace. They consult within companies and organizations throughout the country and is a certified Strengths coach. They hold a Master of Education in community agency counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sociology, both from Ohio University.
