With over 30 years' experience as a health professional and services manager, Gillian is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing degree. As a Lead Auditor heavily involved in quality management system design, she has developed a solid reputation in residential care as the ‘go to’ person for understanding and meeting compliance requirements.
Founder and Managing Director of Healthcare Compliance Solutions Ltd since 2003, her achievements include designing award winning Quality bench-marking and patient management system software. This is used by aged care and community providers throughout New Zealand. Gillian is author of the book “Excellence in Residential Care: a guide for managers and nurses" (2013). She has been a member of the national NZ Aged Care Association ‘Nursing Leadership Group’ for over 2 years. Gillian is recognised as an effective change manager within the aged care sector.
