As a Learning and Development Partner within Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division, Katrina Murray is responsible for advising on apprenticeships and qualification solutions that support the development of individuals across Caterpillar’s Peterborough and Birchwood facilities. Along with providing solutions, Katrina also manages the apprenticeship lifecycle from advertising, recruiting and support during until completion. Katrina has over 12 years’ experience at Caterpillar and has a 1st Class BA Honours Degree in Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
