Julia Clouter is Head of Educational Services for the Assistive Technology company Scanning Pens. She delivers training on a national and international level and advises on the use of assistive technology in the development of inclusive classrooms. She has been a long serving SENCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead and has twenty-five years of teaching and leadership experience in Primary, Secondary, Mainstream and SEN provision. Her published works include learning resources for reading improvement with ReaderPens and a transition support handbook. She regularly writes and speaks about SEN, dyslexia, hidden learning needs, behaviour and Edtech solutions. Julia also regularly interviews guests for the charity Succeed With Dyslexia and presents #SWD Webinars – A Global Think Tank For Dyslexia.
