Michelle Archer is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, and the owner and operator of Diabetes Training 101 Inc.
With more than 25 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, Michelle has supported individuals in achieving their health goals through evidence-informed nutrition care and education. Her professional interests include nutrition, health promotion, the social determinants of health, Indigenous health issues, barriers to care, and obesity management. She is passionate about helping people Learn to Live Well with Diabetes.
Based in the Treaty 4 area of Saskatchewan, Michelle provides services as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator to several First Nation communities across Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 Territories, as well as through a medical office in Regina. In 2025, she was recognized by Diabetes Canada as Diabetes Educator of the Year for excellence in diabetes practice and innovation.
Michelle is committed to helping professionals, communities, and organizations strengthen their knowledge and confidence in diabetes care and management. She leads in-person and online professional training programs and serves as a content expert and professional speaker for groups seeking practical, high-quality diabetes education.
