Daniel is a Director with a focus on helping Law Firms and Legal Departments deliver operational excellence. He has an extensive track record of overseeing large structural change and has a deep understanding of transformation projects within a legal environment. He has legal, Project Management and Six Sigma qualifications and uses this raft of experience to act as a bridge and ensure that everyone’s understandings and expectations are fully aligned.
Daniel spent 5 years as a structured finance lawyer at Clifford Chance followed by a post at the Ministry of Justice advising Ministers and drafting legislation. His first operational role was as Head of Knowledge Management at the Government Legal Department where he oversaw the merger of 15 different departments and helped realise the benefits of the new structure. Prior to joining Elevate, Daniel was a Senior Legal Project Manager at Allen & Overy where he mobilised lawyers, clients, external counsel and global advisors to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
