My name is Frederik Haentjens. I am a Digital Nomad, Digital Innovation & Organizational Transformation author, keynote speaker and executive with a focus on Organization Design, Design Thinking, People Experience, Digital Transformation and Disruptive Innovation. I blend 20 years expertise providing a human-centred, design-based approach. I help Middle Eastern, African and Asian organizations in the public and private sectors to achieve their Business challenges. I've setup multiple OD units over the last few years.
