Wilmott Livingston is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 30 years of industry experience dedicated to operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Hailing from Montego Bay, Jamaica, Wilmott began his career with Sandals Resorts as a busser (waiter assistant) before advancing to a waiter. His hands-on operational foundation paved the way for senior leadership roles at globally recognized, five-star properties, including the Sheraton and Hilton hotels, where he served as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Manager. During his tenure with Hilton, his exceptional leadership was recognized with the prestigious Manager of the Year award on two separate occasions.
Currently, Wilmott serves as the Food and Beverage Chief at Coco Reef Resorts and Spa. In this role, he specializes in curating exceptional guest experiences. Outside of his professional endeavours, he enjoys playing and watching football. Driven by a simple yet powerful philosophy, Wilmott’s ultimate goal is twofold: to ensure every guest departs completely satisfied and to provide his team with the training, support, and workplace culture they need to thrive.
