Jenny Showalter is the Founder and Chief Motivational Officer of Showalter Business Aviation Career Coaching (SBACC). With over 28 years of business aviation experience, she is passionate about helping industry professionals elevate their careers. Jenny specializes in one-on-one coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, LinkedIn presence, and outplacement services. Her industry experience stems from working as the third generation in her family’s former FBO, Showalter Flying Service, leading regional business aviation associations in Florida, and through candidate and client interactions as a business aviation recruiter. She proudly serves as a founding member and board secretary for the Central Florida Business Aviation Association (CFBAA) and is a member of the National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC).
