Bio
Mr. Shamir leads the procurement, logistics and asset management team at Assuta Medical Center and has been there for the past 14 years. He is a member of the National Council for Logistics in Health Systems. Prior to joining Assuta, he served in the Israel Defense Forces for 25 years ending his carerr as the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Branch Medical Corps I.D.F., as well as worked as a Vice President of Military and Government Security Projects in Versame. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University and received his Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University.
