Bio
Anna has been studying piano under Dr. Sarkis Baltaian since age 12. She received several 1st prizes and awards including in PMTNM Competitions, CAPMT Sonata and Romantic/Impressionistic Competitions, Classics Alive Artists Competition, Los Angeles Liszt International Competition, and Celia Mendez Young Pianist’s Beethoven Competition. She debuted at age ten with the New Mexico Philharmonic, playing Mozart Concerto in D minor. Anna also participated in international music festivals including “Moscow Meets Friends” in Moscow at age 10, and the Casalmaggiore International Music Festival in Italy at age 16. Most recently, she won first place in the 2020 CAPMT Concerto Competition in category D, playing Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No.1 in B-flat minor.
She is currently a freshman at UCLA.
