Katie is the SRO for the Wave 2 Population Health Management (PHM) Development Programme for BOB ICS (Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West) and previously led the Wave 1 programme for Berkshire West ICP. The programme is designed to accelerate the adoption of PHM techniques across system, place and PCN teams, to bring about a shift towards more proactive and intelligence-driven care and planning.
Katie is also the Director of Operations for the Wokingham locality and Chief Information Officer for Berkshire West CCG. As CIO she has driven and facilitated a rapid move to remote working, online and video consultations for General Practice to meet the demands of COVID -19. As Operations Director she has played a key role in the development and establishment of Wokingham Integrated Partnership. In recent months, this group was able to incorporate PHM approaches, guided by data to develop a coordinated response across NHS, Borough Council and voluntary sector organisations to meet specific needs of shielded and vulnerable residents – an example of PHM in action.
