Over his 6yrs at HubSpot, Barrett has contributed to the business's growth from $150MM to over $1B in revenue and crossing 100K + customers.
He started as a partner manager and helped to acquire over 15 partners in his first 6 months, many of which have gone on to become top partners in the ecosystem. From there he was asked to build out and lead the training division, a first for the partner team. Once that program was established, he turned his attention to supporting sales training for the entire global team. As HubSpot's first head of partner sales training, he supported the development of over 900 employees across the company and helped to drive significant go to market change at scale.
The last four years he has spent accelerating growth and helping to develop some of the top partners in HubSpot's ecosystem. Along the way, he has advised hundreds of companies on their go-to-market strategy, technology architecture and supported countless customers growing better with the HubSpot solution. Barrett possesses a vast knowledge across the digital landscape and brings his years of experience in helping companies grow better to each and every client he meets.
