Senior CNRS researcher and Professor at the Ecole Polytechnique in France, Alexandre has twenty years of experience in research related to physical oceanography, numerical modeling, oceanographic campaigns, and processing satellite data through Machine Learning. Alexandre, co-founded AMPHITRITE in December 2021 together with two colleagues, Briac and Evangelos, to promote concrete applications of past research and establish a European reference in OceanTech for the needs of Shipping, Defence, and the Environment. CEO of AMPHITRITE, Alexandre is directing the company that fuses multiple satellite and in-situ data, harnessing Artificial Intelligence, to provide reliable oceanic data and innovative routing solutions, necessary for the Green Shipping transition.
