Taylor Guzi is currently a senior at Vanderbilt majoring in Psychology and Medicine, Health & Society. She is currently conducting independent research for her honors thesis investigating the intersections of culture, resilience, and trauma, specifically in a Latinx context. A central aim of her research is to better understand how an individual's cultural background influences the way they interpret and respond to trauma in order to suggest more efficacious, culturally-competent and trauma-informed therapy practices.
