Lichu has over 15 years of experience in large architectural firms as a CAD and Regional Design Applications Manager. She has developed, provided training and support for numerous design technologies, methodologies, and practices during all phases of project deliverables to increase productivity. Lichu has extensive large project experience in BIM Project Management with multi-disciplinary internal and external teams located in offices worldwide. She has worked with clients to embrace and implement Lifecycle BIM to increase sustainable building maintenance and operations. Lichu continuously sought the use of technology to develop and implement workflows for internal/external design and construction teams providing greater efficiency, accuracy and quality in project delivery.
