Inspired by the significant growth in loan volume at Neighborhood Community Development Fund, Allison joined the team in April 2024 in a new role as Business Advisor, working closely with our loan officers to support small businesses and partners. As a business owner herself, Allison brings special expertise in marketing, growth strategies, financial management and cash flow projections. Allison currently sits on the board of directors at Ascender, a startup incubator and co-working space in East Liberty. She holds degrees in engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University.
